This place is a dump! This rental is lacking in so many areas…location, safety, condition, amenities. If you looking for nice, safe, comfortable place to stay, you won’t find that here! The place is dirty and has not been maintained in awhile. There was expired food in the refrigerator. The kitchen sink was dirty and had rust stains, kitchen trash can was broken. The shower in master bath had mold around the seal of the door and drain and the hall bathtub had two very large poorly done repairs on base of tub. There were knobs either completely missing or loose on pantry door/several closet doors. Looked like a 2 year old painted the outlet covers and the mirror in the bathroom. The mattresses are cheap and very hard and the pillows where completely flat so obviously been around awhile. Random holes in the walls. Electrical faceplates not attached and there was an outlet with burn marks. the A/C return vent in the family room was really disgusting, had not been cleaned in a very long time. The sliding patio door would not lock which was especially concerning since unit is on first floor. There was even a letter posted outside the door at the mailboxes stating that legal action has been taken against the apartment complex for “substandard conditions” and asking residents to report if they have “mice, bugs or roaches” or any other issues as part of a class action suite. Based on the rental’s condition and safety issues, there was no way we were staying there for even one night. We called the property manager with our concerns and asked for a refund. He only offered a small credit. We have used VRBO for years and have never had to file a complaint with the company until now.
