Sleeps 6. Our Changeover day is Friday. Arrive straight after work avoiding the crazy Saturday m5 traffic and be in the village before the rest - Saturday morning is free to start to relax with breakfast out or the first dawn wave!

No. 6 is located equal distance from the famous Thatch pub and the beach, both less than 10 mins walk.

Until recently this was our family home which makes it an ideal place to cater for all ages. Newly redecorated and refurnished. A perfect place for enjoying outdoor activities, relaxation, celebration or simply soaking up the surf culture.

3 Bedrooms with countryside views/ sea glimpses: 1 king, 1 double, 1 twin.
Bright lounge with oak floor, new 43' samsung smart 4K TV, Taotronic Bluetooth speaker.

We had six adult staying here, surprisingly plent of seating room both inside an out. The only real thing it fell short of is an en-suite bathroom which for the price would have taken it to 5 stars.

The property is ideally situated to explore the nearby beaches and coastline of Saunton, Putsborough, Woolacombe, Ilfracombe and Lee Bay. Saunton has a beach perfect for learner and experienced surfers alike as well as offering a renowned golf course.

The nearby larger village of Braunton is a 10 minute drive away and provides a wider range of local amenities including post office, banking, health centre, pubs, restaurants, library, supermarket and shops.

The market town of Barnstaple is the regional centre and is a 20 minute drive away. It hosts North Devon's main commerce, entertainment and shopping venues. The regional leisure centre and state of the art Tarka tennis centre are also located here.

Driving is advised but not essential. By Car: From the M5, exit at junction 27. Take the A361, direction Tiverton. Follow this road until you reach Barnstaple where you will pick up signs for Ilfracombe. When you reach Braunton, follow signs for Saunton/ Croyde.By train: There is a regional train station at Tiverton. From here a bus can be taken to Barnstaple, or train link to Barnstaple (via Exeter). By bus/ coach: There is a regional bus station in Barnstaple,several buses a day operate between Barnstaple and Croyde.
