We ALWAYS enjoy staying here. The cabin is very cozy and very clean as usual and smells amazing. The landscape is beautiful we just sat out on the deck the entire time we were there. They have since put a very nice size TV on the deck with outdoor heating. This is where we were the entire time. We saw lots of wildlife. We'll be there once a year. The owners Alan and Amanda are great to work with.

The cabin was beyond expectations. Clean and so comfortable. The cabin theme decor is so nice and carried out down to the little details. The drive to the cabin is so beautiful. The waterfront view and gazebo down by the river is just as pictures. So peaceful. We hated to leave.

This cabin was clean, cozy, and overlooking a beautiful creek. The landscaping was beautifully done! We loved the glider gazebo right by the creek. Decorative touches both inside the cabin and in the outdoor spaces contributed to a very pleasant place to relax. All the appliances worked, the a/c worked, and the furniture was more comfortable than other cabins we have stayed at. We went kayaking within 20 minutes of the location so that worked out well. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

We had a nice relaxing weekend. House has everything we needed and then some. Loved the river in the yard ! Only thing that was annoying, the A/C unit was loud.

We arrived in mid April for a quick spring break weekend. The weather had other plans. We had a snowy weekend. The cabin was beautiful and did not disappoint. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was made and super comfy. Tasteful decor made us feel welcomed. We enjoyed views of the river, the covered swing and cozy living space. The owners were great and walked me through using the gas stove. Can’t wait to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If looking for time to slow down and relax is what you are looking for, this is the place to do it. We love sitting by the river and listening to nature, sitting on the porch and playing games, cooking s’mores by the fire, and going in to town to experience the friendly people of Sparta. Thank you for a great time to slow down with our teens.
