In our newly built Victoria-by-the-Sea cottage we have incorporated a unique, large, separate, self-contained private rental suite. Please come and enjoy this new accommodation.
Victoria Garden Suite is our double-occupancy housekeeping studio suite. Large open studio with comfortable queen-sized bed, a well-appointed kitchenette with 4 burner stove, oven, small refrigerator, microwave, small appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Wheelchair accessible bathroom with step in shower, handheld shower head, seat, or padded shower bench upon request. Grab bars for toilet and shower. Level thresholds, wide doorways, ramped deck, cable TV, high-speed internet, private entrance, private deck, and a/c. Awesome!
Very pretty guest house with kitchen, sitting area, comfortable bed and outside patio. Jeanne was a most gracious host and very helpful. 10 minute walk to the shops on a lovely country road. This is the BEST place to stay at Victoria by the Sea! Thank you Jeanne S.!

Great spot!
Wonderful suite, just the right size for two. Very clean and up to date, the suite had everything we needed. Well located for driving to most places on PEI. Victoria by the Sea is a lovely town and is just a few minutes away.

Lovely vacation cottage
Jeanne is lovely! The cottage was very clean and in an awesome location, we even got to harvest some fresh vegetables from her garden!

Très belle expérience!
Ce fut un séjour merveilleux. Une belle découverte tant au niveau que de la propriété, endroit très propre, tranquille, douillet et coquet, fraichement rénové. A 7 minutes a pied du village et de la mer. La propriétaire est très gentille, se soucie de nous et s'informe régulièrement de notre confort. Le petit village de Victoria est charmant. j'y retournerais avec bonheur! Je recommande fortement.

Charming Victoria Suite
Jeanne's apartment is very clean, tidy, and welcoming with all the amenities a guest would need. Some nice outdoor space along with a comfy bed are just what a traveler requires. Jeanne (or Sully once you get to know her) is more than an attentive host. She is part of the fabric of the town and known to all. We can highly recommend this well located , accessible little studio, in this picturesque village.

Great experience
Lovely Place, easy check in directions, host kept in touch with us to ensure we had everything we needed. We were walking and this is very close to the route and a 1 km walk from main town and waterfront where most restaurants are located.

Delightful suite
Thank you Jeanne for a lovely stay at your garden suite. The suite was nicely appointed with full kitchen, sitting area, sleeping corner, and full bath. The location - an 8 minute walk to Victoria by the Sea was perfect - a quiet country setting with easy access to the nearby village or short drive to PEI bridge or Summerside.

Private and quiet.
Jeanne's Garden Suite was well appointed and comfortable. Nothing was lacking. It was a very short drive to the Victoria Playhouse and the landmark Oyster House.

PEI perfect!
Jeanne is an amazing owner/host of this lovely, serene, scenic garden cottage. All accommodations are just right! Short walk to Village that offers all your heart’s desires! Landmark Oyster House and chocolate shop will keep you extra happy! Close to all incredible hikes and sites! Perfect location!
I’ll be back! I ❤️ PEI and Victoria by the Sea!

A little piece of heaven
What an awesome place, quiet peaceful location, but within walking distance to local shops,eateries and entertainment (Victoria Playhouse). The suite was cozy and comfortable, bright, with many windows, the way we like it. Very private spot. Will definitely recommend Victoria Garden Suite to our friends.
