The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size refrigerator with freezer, stovetops, oven, microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster, and all the utensils you need to cook your favorite meal. The comfortable dining and living area has air conditioning and ceiling fan, and faces a ground terrace with barbecue facilities and a refreshing plunge pool. The compound features two beautiful community pools with lounge chairs, just a few meters away from the villa. The villa is in A-Nah compound, which is inside of the Bahia Principe Resort. The resort has 290 hectares (717 acres) and includes two golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr, 4 hotels, 16 restaurants, 4 buffets, 22 bars, 6 snack bars, 3 spas, 7 huge pools, 3 gyms, etc, etc. Bahia Principe Resort has 4 hotels: Sian Kaan (adults only), Tulum, Coba and Akumal. During your stay, you will have FREE access to the Sian Kaan and Tulum hotels including their activities, pools, beaches, and entertainment. To access the resort, the Golf Clubhouse will give you an access bracelet. You also have the option to buy an all-inclusive pass anytime during your visit. With it, you will get food and drinks in all buffets, restaurants and bars, for breakfast, lunch and dinner for only USD 60 per person (two hotels) or USD 70 per person (4 hotels), kids are 1/2 price. You can decide about all-inclusive options after you arrive. The beach is about 15 minutes' walk, or you can take the shuttle which will transport you throughout the resort. Great stay

Great stay in a great house!

We loved our stay at the house! Nothing not to like! Would definitely recommend! Good communication with Pablo and good wifi. Very nice pool, and very nice private dip pool. Comfortable, modern and cosy. Recommend wholeheartedly!

Getting around
Strictly speaking you will not need the car in Bahia Principe, as many facilities are within walking distance, and golf carts will take you everywhere you need to go. You can spend a wonderful holiday in Bahia Principe relaxing at the stunning Caribbean beach, playing golf,and enjoying delicious Mexican food. However, you might find it useful to have a car to visit Tulum (30mins by car), and the Chichen Itza ruins, considered one of the 7 wonders of the world (you'll need a full day). You can also visit buzzy Playa del Carmen and take the ferry from there to beautiful Cozumel island.
