A charming little bolthole where both human and dogs felt comfortable. The large paddock for the dogs was a bonus, especially in poorer weather where extended walks were not possible.

About the neighbourhood
The local area is steeped in the industrial history. There is the privately run heritage Ecclesbourne Valley Railway that runs through Wirksworth, there is also the National Tram Museum at Crich (5 miles away) and the Derwent Valley Mills (listed as a World Heritage site).
