you will get your private bedroom with lock on the door, and share with another one guest the kitchen and bathroom which I keep it always clean and tidy!
My room in great location/Little Italy, few minute walk to UH/Case Western University, and 20 minutes walking to Cleveland Clinic (also,you can ride the RTA bus from downstairs directly to the main campus).
You will get the chance to walk around exploring the university circle, and enjoying your food in the great Italian restaurants and bakery in the area!

Mathew provided an excellent service, he was very responsive and friendly. He was able to accommodate me in a very short notice and answered all my questions (and they were a lot!). I was a single female in a strange city in search for a quick stay due to booking at my first Hotel stay I was unable to extend the dates and he Matthew was a Hero! super attentive and provided a professional service as well. I definitely recommend !

Estadia placentera.
Es un lugar muy conveniente ya que se encuentra en el Corazon de Little Italy, donde podras encontrar comida Italiana deliciosa y escuchar bonita musica italiana clasica incluso desde tu ventana, tambien puedes sentarte en la terraza y disfrutar de una copa vino.

Апартаменты недорого
Недорогие апартаменты, гостеприимный владелец, недорогие кафе с живой итальянской музыкой в пешей доступности, рядом есть прачечная где можно постирать быстро белье за монеты. Также есть рядом супермаркет, где можно купить практически все необходимое. Можно снять комнату на одного человека или скажем на молодую пару. Также можно рентовать целую квартиру, это 2 комнаты с кухней и ванной с санузлом. Снаружи имеется балкон терраса, где можно посидеть на свежем воздухе, поужинать, попить пива, покурить.. Рекомендую к рассмотрению.

Great Little Italy near the medical campus!
My colleagues stayed here while they doing their observership in the medical campus and they recommended to me to stay here.
Really, it’s better than what I expected!!
The location in Little Italy is fantastic, you will hear the music everywhere you walk in the street, enjoying the Italian pizza and desserts....
Mathew is nice, helpful, familiar with his guest’s needs and friendly.
Definitely, I will recommend this room for others:-)

Student-friendly atmosphere!
I enjoyed my stay here in this rentals while doing my observership in Cleveland Clinic, they are renting different rooms for physicians and students which made the atmosphere safe and friendly, enjoying hang out on the terrace at the end of hard work long day.
Long story short: I will stay here again!

My location is very convenient for public transportation:
1- from airport you will take the Redline RTA train by 2.5 $ in one shot to Little Italy train station ( 24/7) then walk 3 minutes to my home in very safe, vibrant area, Little Italy!
2- Health line RTA bus also takes you from my home to Down town, Rock&roll museum, play house square, quicken loan arena... passing through Cleveland Clinic too!
3- 10 minutes walking to Case Western University/ UH Cleveland medical center, and the main campus to Cleveland Clinic....
