Beautifully furnished in period style with modern amenities including secure, hi-speed wifi; third floor views across park-like setting and quiet, broad avenue. Our home was recently used as a major location for the movie 'In Search of Fellini' (released Sept. 2017): the suite's second bedroom features original artwork on the walls created just for the film. Access to intimate backyard patio to enjoy in good weather with views of garden and soaring trees. The suite includes microwave, induction hot plate, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, and rice cooker with vegetable steamer for light cooking as well as linens and towels, wireless Internet connection, cable TV, periodic maid service-- all you need for a comfortable stay. Access to free washer/dryer. Free driveway parking. If you plan to do extensive cooking, our suite will probably not meet your needs. This space is ideal if you are coming to town for an internship or training, attending a family celebration or visiting children at Case, John Carroll or CSU. Also perfect for professionals who need a place to live while seeking housing arrangements for moves to Cleveland, U.H. and Clinic patients during evaluation visits and waits for surgery, and the family members who are attending them. We are happy to give directions, restaurant and grocery store recommendations and orient you to all that is great about Cleveland and the Heights-University Circle area. We do have cats that are not allowed to visit this floor of our home including Benjamin, the friendliest cat in Cleveland. LGBT and hetero guests are welcome! Contact us with any questions. There is a $10 per night charge for a pet plus an additional $100 damage deposit returned in full when you leave if there is no damage from the pet. No smoking, candles or incense. No parties, loud music or loud TV after 9 pm. If we host your pet, we require a $50 pet cleaning fee + $100 damage deposit. $100 will be returned in full if no damage occurs. Non-smokers preferred. Children aged 5+ are welcome. Bring trash downstairs Sunday night for Monday a.m. collection. Please wash dishes & leave the rooms clean and neat. Towels go in hamper when you leave; sheets optional. Otherwise, enjoy the peaceful surroundings & make yourself at home!

If you'd prefer to stay in a beautiful park-like setting in one of the most beautiful suburbs in America, this is the rental for you. Yet we are only two blocks from terrific restaurants, cafes and shopping. Public transportation to downtown Cleveland is only three doors away and buses to local hospitals and University Circle are two blocks from our door. Free driveway parking for one car; bikes can be kept in our garage. The Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital are seven minutes away by car. So are the Cleveland Orchestra, Cleveland Museum of Art, Case Western Reserve University and other area museums at University Circle, all accessible by nearby bus route. Getting around
We're a few doors away from the Coventry Road stop of the rapid transit Green Line, one stop east of Shaker Square. We're an eight-minute walk from the nearest stop of the #48-48A bus line that takes riders directly to the Case-University Hospital-Cleveland Clinic-Wade Oval areas. Wade Oval contains most of Cleveland's museums and Severance Hall, home of the Cleveland Orchestra. It's about a 15 minute bus ride and buses travel several times an hour. While a car is not needed, it can be convenient to have a car or use Uber or Lyft to get to some locations, especially if going further out in the suburbs or into the countryside.
