Lovely fisherman cottage, beautiful scenic views and a wonderful host. We have visited a few times now for New years and are never disappointed. The local food is delicious and your a stones throw away from the beach. Highly recommended

The cottage is very quirky. The stairs are steep and curved but both my 5 year old and 7 year old managed fine with them. Naomi is very friendly and welcoming but unobtrsive which is great. The garden was like a secret garden, hide and seek was the best! Naomi provides a lot of extras which was a wonderful welcome, there's so much you almost feel rude eating and drinking them. The beds are super comfirtable, we all slept really well. And there's even a pet cupboord in case you forget a bowl or poo bags.
I would say it's a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach. It's a lovely walk to a sandy beach and you can do a wonderful round trip to the park/icecream van and back across the clifftop if you are an active family. My husband and 7 year old did this when I unfortunately had to take my 5 year old to hospital leaving them without a car!
Overall it's a lovely property if you like old and quirky, which we do.

Fabulous, quaint little cottage, a trip back in time. I felt so at home there. It's comfortable & spotlessly clean. A great location to many sites of interest, so there was never a dull moment. Our host left us lots of goodies & even a gift for our dog. I heartily recommend this cottage & also it's lovely landlady. We will be returning for another holiday there for sure.

Very pretty cottage with large and beautiful gardens, very well equipped, private, situated a short drive from Cart Gap - a perfect beach for swimming. Very glad we chose the cottage.
