A converted stable situated in the quiet seaside village of Happisburgh on the Norfolk Coast. This accommodation is in an ideal position to explore the countryside and the beautiful sandy beaches with miles of public footpaths and bridleways starting from your doorstep. Happisburgh beach is approximately 1 mile away and just along the coast are the beaches at Horsey and Winterton which are home to a large colony of Grey Seals.
Happisburgh is home to the oldest working light in East Anglia, and the only independently run lighthouse in Great Britain. It dates back to 1790 and you can visit this charming building during public open days and climb the steps up to the lantern.
Barn Owl is all on one level offering disabled access.
The main living area is open plan.

Fully fitted and well equipped. Built-in electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Table and chairs to sit 4 people.

3 seater sofa, futon sofa bed, Smart TV.
Bedroom
Double bed, bed side cabinets, dressing table and built-in wardrobe. Double doors leading to the outside courtyard with garden table and seating.
Shower/Wet room
Fully tiled wet room with shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rail. Provisions for disabled guests.

We stayed for a weekend with our dog Charlie there is a lovely paddock he could have a run round in
The property is very well equipped lots of kitchen pots and pans everything you need
Loved the kitchen cupboard with salt pepper gravy powder and bits and pieces nice touch
Comfortable bed and large cupboard for clothes dressing table and stool which was nice to be able to do hair and makeup
Walk in shower room smelt lovely like a spa
We definitely be back as it was just around the corner from where our friends live

Very pleased with accommodation. Facilities good and in a beautiful location and plenty of peace and quiet. Still have some more days to go but thumbs up from us. Owner been very helpful.

perfect location
The Cottage was beautifully clean, comfortable and warm considering how cold February in Norfolk can be. Lovely/excellent bedding which is not always the case when renting holiday lets. Everything you needed in the kitchen. Nice welcome basket especially thinking of dog treats - nice touch! - but perhaps a cake rather than biscuits for this human would be extra special!
Would definitely recommend this Cottage for a couple. I also rented next door for my family and they got Netflix!

Perfect for relaxation
Stayed here for the week and we really enjoyed ourselves. This holiday let is in a beautiful location with lovely garden space. We found plenty of things to do and places to eat out. Accommodation had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. We appreciated the welcome pack on our arrival. We will definitely be returning.

Market towns of Stalham and North Walsham are close by and have all the amenities you may require. The Norfolk Broads are within easy access where you can hire a boat or canoe to explore further. The historic city of Norwich is just a 35 minute drive away where you can visit the Norman Cathedral and Castle, go shopping or stop for food in one of the many restaurants it has to offer.
