This shabby chic coastal property is simply stunning. Accommodation is stylish with exemplary attention to detail… we love the pink dresser in the hallway and fab kitchen. The White House is spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for ten guests. A beautiful five bedroom holiday home close to the beach with a lovely enclosed garden, parking and views of the sea. Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs. Ensuite shower room: walk in shower, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail. Bedroom 3: 6’' bed from 2 twin zip and link beds (twin beds available on request) bedside cabinets, lamps, chest of drawers, window seat, table, TV. Views to the pier. Bedroom 4: 6' bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, wardrobe, dressing table. Ensuite shower room: large, walk in shower, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail, Juliet balcony with sea views. Bedroom 5: twin bedded room, bedside cabinets and lamps, wardrobe. Large family bathroom: bath, walk in shower, WC, hand basin, towel rail. Entertainment: TV with Freeview, DVD player, table tennis table, dart board, books and games. For Families: Outside: enclosed landscaped garden with paved terrace, table and 10 chairs, lawn area with trees. Parking: off-street parking for three cars, General: WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided. Bedding and pillows are a mixture of down and hypoallergenic. No cots provided at this property. Central heating. No smoking. Pets: two medium size well behaved dogs welcome. Not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. 10 family members for our lovely weeks holiday at the White House. A couple of niggles but Suffolk secrets dealt with these . House comfortable and ideally located . Great having the utility room but games room a massive disappointment. Children would not even go...More
