Very nice apartment, with a reserved car park. Comfortable beds, two bathrooms, highly recommend for friends get away. Property owners are also very nice and understanding.

The apartment was very nice and new. Balcony, two bedrooms with two beds, two bathrooms and a living room with a sofa bed. We had everything we needed there and it was only a very short walk to the train station and short walk to the centre of Brentwood. We had no issues with the landlord who was very helpful during the check in. There were maybe some issues with the standard of the cleaning, but it didn't disturb us too much. The apartment is next to the train tracks, so a bit noisy, but only a few trains drove during the night.

The property itself could have been okay, but it was dirty, badly maintained and badly equipped. The biggest problem however, was that it directly overlooks four very busy railway tracks (not mentioned in the description), the noise and vibration from which totally destroyed our stay! Having said that, the owners kindly tried their best to help, but were unable to improve the situation.
