The Space: A stylish, newly renovated, fully furnished apartment. You will love the unique decor, modern features and furnishings on display here. Showing off our love for art and the seaside. We hope you cherish this space as much as we do. You will have access to the entire apartment, located on the first floor which it has all to itself. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Within the space, you will find: -Two double bedrooms, complete with storage, hanging rails & hangers. Bedroom 1 has the option of a King bed or Twin beds upon request. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Both bedrooms have a 32” flat screen TV and room for a cot/crib upon request. -One bathroom with bath & power shower (towels provided). -Large Living room with 55' flat screen TV, 5 seater corner sofa, and separate 2 armchair seating area beside the bay window; complete with sea view. -A sofa bed is available upon request in the living room for bookings over 4 guests only. -Fully equipped kitchen with 4 seater table/chairs and beautiful, clear sea views out the front of the apartment. Complete with electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine & microwave (welcome tea & coffee available on arrival). -We have our own, off-street parking space located right next to the building. Available to use from check-in to check-out. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR SMALL/MEDIUM SIZED VEHICLES ONLY (maximum 4.5metres in length).On street parking is for 'permit holders' only. We have visitor permits available upon request if additional parking is required. -Complimentary toiletries provided on welcome. -Welcome tea & coffee available on arrival. -Travel cot & highchair available upon request. You will have complete privacy during your stay at Palmeira Court. We are available at all times if needed by phone. Self check-in: Access keys will be in the Key Safe, located next to our private off-road parking space. Other things to note: There is no lift in the building. We are located on the first floor. So access to the apartment is via a short flight of stairs only. Our allocated off-street parking space is available for medium sized cars only (Not suitable for trucks/large people carriers etc). The parking space will be available from the moment you check-in at 3pm until you check-out at 10am. It cannot be used outside of your booking time. If you are booking for more than 4 guests and require the sofa bed to be set up (Super King bed). Please be aware, this will take away your 5 seater sofa in the living room. The Neighbourhood: -2 minute walk to the seafront. -2 minute walk to nearest restaurants/cafes. -3 minute walk to Westcliff train station (direct line to London). -3 minute walk to Cliffs Pavilion & gardens. -5 minute walk to Hamlet Court Road shops, bars, restaurant/takeaways, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Savers and Co-op. -10 minute walk to Westcliff Genting Club Casino. -20 minute walk to Southend high street, The Royals shopping centre and its many famous high street stores such as Debenhams, H & M, Monsoon & Primark. -20 minute walk to Southend Pier. -20 minute walk to Adventure Island. -20 minute walk to the Three Shells Lagoon & Play area. -25 minute walk to the Amusement Arcades and The Kursall. -30 minute walk to Sealife Adventure. -35 minute coastal walk to Old Leigh, the historical fishing village & ‘old town’ of Leigh-on-Sea. Getting around: If you are travelling here by car, we have our own off street parking space available for use. We are just a 3 minute walk from Westcliff Station and close by to main route bus stops along the seafront and into Southend high street. We are just a 10 minute drive/taxi ride from Southend airport. Our Welcome booklet, available on booking. Will advise you further on how best to get around Southend, as well as where is good to eat/drink and spend family days out.More

How to get there
BY CAR: Although our address reads Station Road. The main entrance and car park of the building is situated on Palmeira Avenue. Palmeira Avenue is a one way road, not accessible from Station Road. To avoid confusion, please set your Sat Nav destination as Palmeira Avenue, Westcliff on Sea, Southend-on-Sea. As opposed to Station Road. When you reach Palmeira Avenue (a very distinctive steep road). Drive to the top of the road and we are in the last building on your left at the very top of the steep hill. The building has the name Palmeira Court out the front and the car park is situated just behind this. BY TRAIN: We are just a 3 minute walk away from Westcliff Station, a direct line from London Fenchurch Street Station. SOUTHEND AIRPORT: Just a 10 minute drive/taxi ride away from us.
