You'll find 1x double bed in the main bedroom, 2x single beds in the next room, 1x sofa bed in the living room and 1x sofa chair also in the living room.

Absolutely loved it!
Really loved this apartment as it's got everything you need for a home away from home and the pool is absolutely incredible. The pictures just don't do it justice. 100% recommend.

About the neighbourhood
The property is situated on a residential, tree lined road on the boarder of Southend and Westcliff on Sea which has the perfect equal distance between southend high street, westcliff beach and leigh on sea fishing village, conveniently. There is a local shop less than a 5 minute walk away where you can buy your essential items and an Aldi supermarket a 3 minute drive away. You'll find Chalkwell park a short stroll away located along the bustling London Road which is full of shops and restaurants. Hamlet Court Road is approx 3 minutes drive away and is the main highstreet for Westcliff on Sea. Souhend on Sea highstreet is approx 7 minutes drive away and you'll find various beaches and tourist attractions less than 10 minutes drive away.
Getting around
You'll find various bus stops less than a 5 minute walk away from the property which can take you directly into Southend town centre, Leigh on Sea or Rochford. We have various train stations close by such as Southend Victoria, Southend Central, Westcliff and Chalkwell. The nearest is Westclliff On Sea train station which is on the C2C line. You can travel directly into London within 45 minutes on any of our local train lines. We will gladly recommend a good taxi company on request. London Southend Airport is only 2.3miles from the property / 3.7km.

How to get there
If driving, turn off the A127 before you reach the Tesco Superstore and onto the A1158 Follow the A1158 as it bends around to the right and keep going straight. You'll pass the traffic lights by going straight ahead until you arrive at the property which will be on your right hand side. You can pull onto the drive way to access your complimentary parking space. If you're travelling via train you can take a taxi from the train station directly to the property. It's approx 5 minutes from Westcliff station and about 8-10 minutes from Southend train station (depending on traffic) We will gladly recommend a reliable taxi company on request
