2 Town Court is right in the heart of Cowes Town centre. Situated in prestigious 'Old Cowes'. There is parking for one car on the drive of the house.

Arranged over four floors there is:
A shower room on the ground floor. Spacious lounge/diner and kitchen on the first floor. Bathroom including separate shower on the second floor, together with a double bedroom with one double and one single bed and a pull out single bed beneath.
Third floor has one double room with a single bed and an additional pull out bed beneath and there is a third twin bedroom which has two single beds.

WE HAVE A MINIMUM CHARGE OF £350 FOR THIS PROPERTY. Please contact us for Sailing Regatta and weekend/short week rentals prices.I have tried my best with pricing and dates, especially school holidays which are slightly different all over Europe. Please ask if you require something different though, as I'm sure the above isn't as comprehensive as I would like!The property is available from 4pm on the day of arrival (just ask if you need an earlier time - we will do our best) Departure time is 11am.Electricity and Gas are provided. Towels and bed linen also.We ask you to leave the property as you found it please.To secure your booking we require a 20% deposit in advance.The remainder is due 6 weeks prior to the start of the let. We also require a minimum of £250 damage deposit which is due at the same time as the balance of the rental.This will be sent back as soon as the cleaner/owner or manager has inspected the property at the end of the let.We will send you a contract via em... more

The Isle of Wight is truly spoilt for sailing and family holidays. There are over twenty major regattas throughout the summer offering a glimpse of hi tech and classic sailing and speedboats. For the family there are two theme parks, sandy beaches on the south of the island, pottery painting and the famous Alum Bay. Enough to keep the most active of families amused for weeks.

Red Funnel operates between Southampton and Cowes. Its passenger only service goes to West Cowes and itscar ferry service goes to East Cowes.
