This lovely Victorian townhouse has recently been refurbished to a very high standard with beautiful oak doors & flooring. With lovely decor throughout and a light airy feel a stay here will be comfortable and relaxed. The open kitchen diner opens up on to a nice enclosed garden a perfect place to sit out in the evenings. The lounge has a good sized balcony with plenty of space for all to enjoy some alfresco dining. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms there is plenty of space for sailing crews or families looking for a lovely home from home.

This stunning property was everything we expected it would be. The house is lovely and in excellent condition. The rooms are spacious and decor is above average. The kitchen is stunning and fully equipped. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck for early morning tea or late in the evening when everything was dead quiet. The location is excellent as well. It was our first trip to the Isle of Wight and we found the location ideal. It was only a short drive to The Needles which was a great day out. Cowes itself offered many choices for dining, refreshment and shopping. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
