The Cote is hidden away behind a delightful private walled courtyard, enter via the side patio doors that leads you into the beautiful open plan living area. The sitting area has exposed old oak beams with a wooden floor. The dining area provides seating for six. At the far end of the 32ft room is the fully equipped farmhouse style kitchen. Two steps lead up to a small galleried landing where you will find the two spacious bedrooms, both with en-suites and rear doors. Outside the Cote has its own private walled courtyard with steps up to a secluded fenced decking terrace and lawn, with table and chairs and charcoal bbq.. Sandy beaches are within a short drive (nearest 2 miles). Sailing, golf, fishing, riding, shops, restaurants and pubs are within 2 miles (Ryde). Seaview 3 miles. Fun on the farm

A haven to retreat to with stunning views and a great location for whole island.

We stayed in September 2020 with our 20 month old son and dog. Nic made our arrival super easy and welcoming and we had everything we needed for our stay (including high chair, cot, and crockery for our son). The farm is an absolute haven...More

Perfect accommodation and stunning location.
