The lodge can sleep four people in two bedrooms, which are a king-size double and a double (zip/link) which can be a twin, both with en-suite shower facilities. The rest of the lodge is made up of an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and a private decked front patio with furniture and communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes. The beach is a short walk away, and Filey and the rest of the coast are easily accessible, making 12 Trinity Way an ideal year-round retreat. Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs (1 Smart TV with Netflix) with Freeview, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, cot, highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike rack, please bring own locks. Private decked front patio with furniture, and chairs for beach use. Communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room is included in the rental price. The gym is free. Additional facilities and activities are available at additional cost, payable on site. Please note : The poll is closed between 4th November 2019 to the 15th of December 2019. During this period the site have made alternate arrangements for a pool which is 5 mins drive from the site. Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers. Town: Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday. Filey has enjoyed a reputation of being a resort since Victorian times, set beside the magnificent Filey Bay, a long stretch of beautiful sand, with Filey Brigg and its shallow rockpools to the north. The town itself retains much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels. There is a small coble landing, a slipway where local fishermen keep their boats, plus delightful beach chalets that can be hired through the summer months.More
