Just next door is 'The Old Schoolhouse'. It is an incredible venue for weddings, receptions, and other events. This one bedroom bungalow was recently renovated and furnished. Everything about it is brand new. Relax after exploring the region on the cozy couch that also folds out into a sofa bed. It is great for kids or smaller adults but may not be completely comfortable at certain sizes. There is a full kitchen and dining room all open to the living room. The sliding glass door opens up on to a slightly sunken patio with views of the newly planted vineyard behind. There is a wonderful fireplace available to use as well. The Chehalem Mountains are along the horizon behind. There is a newly furnished bedroom with a frame canopy bed and full bath. You will find tasteful and elegant appointment of every room within the Bellingar Estates bungalow. An air conditioning unit has been added to the bedroom.
