This 800 sq ft cottage has just been completely renovated by a designer. This 'feels good' cottage has completely separate entry and patio, away from the main house, which sits on a large city lot. The space flows with a sizable open living area, featuring a stainless steel table that seats four, a large leather sofa, a mango wood desk, a new queen size sleeper sofa with a gel mattress , Roku tv, contemporary barn door, as well as books and games. The kitchen has new white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, new stainless gas range, dishwasher, microwave and more. The kitchen is well outfitted for cooking, and includes an array of spices, coffee, teas and more. Pack light if you want, because we have a washer and dryer in the unit.
