Welcome tray. Towels, linen, luxury toiletries, bathrobes and hair dryer provided. Secure bike storage available.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £10 per stay. Please note, dogs are not allowed in the bedroom. Standard check in/out times are 4pm and 11am however this can be flexible.
We have stayed here a few times and it is always so comfortable, clean and near to Ilkley town. Judith is always very communicative and accommodating.

Very comfortable and convenient. Great host.
We were very happy with the accommodation. Although the flat is compact, it contained everything we could possibly need and expect for a holiday stay for a couple. All the fittings were comprehensive and of a very high standard, and it was a very comfortable and tastefully decorated environment.
Judith Osborne, the owner, was a great host for our time there. She gave us a very warm welcome and also a concise and comprehensive overview of the features of the flat which is provided with everything you could possibly need for an easy and comfortable stay, including lots of tourist information and a selection of books and dvds.
The flat is on the lower ground floor at the front of a large detached house and has its own entrance. It was well screened from the main house so it was private but we knew assistance was at immediate hand if needed. The flat has use of the whole of the extensive front lawn area as well as a patio area close to the flat itself.
Ilkley is not a large town and the flat is conveniently located about a ten minute walk from the centre. Alternatively, either riverside or moorland walks are close at hand. The house is set back from the Skipton Road which is busy, but the flat itself is very quiet.
Ilkley and the surrounding area have lots of high-quality amenities and attractions. Both Bradford and Leeds can be easily accessed by a half hourly train service.
We hope to return!

Comfortable clean apartment convenient for exploring Ilkley
We booked this apartment so we could go to see The Lion King at the theatre in Bradford. Ilkley is a lovely little town with great transport links to Leeds and Bradford.
The apartment is lovely for two people and we arrived to a lovely welcome from Judith who had left us milk and cake (from Betty’s)
The apartment is in the basement of Judith’s house and has its own parking spot and garden (although our weather did not allow us to sit out)
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for self catering however there are loads of great restaurants in the town which is a short walk away including the famous Betty’s
The bed is really comfy (big king size) with nice linen and the bedroom has enough storage and hanging space for your stay
Good shower, nice towels and products in the bathroom
We really enjoyed our stay here and we would highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore Ilkley and the area.

Perfect for exploring Ilkley and surroundings
The apartment is perfectly situated for easy walking into the town with all its many coffee shops, restaurants and independent shops. You can even catch a train or take a bus if you want to leave the car at home! The apartment was extremely comfortable and we'd definitely visit again. Thank you Judith!

Great place to enjoy Ilkley and its surroundings
Lovely well equipped apartment within easy walking distance of the centre of Ilkley. With off street parking and a garden to relax in after days out exploring the beautiful countryside of the Yorkshire Dales we also enjoyed the town's restaurants and its location on the River Wharfe. Judith the owner was both friendly and helpful with suggestions for places to eat, walks in the area and where to shop. Hope to return soon.

Excellent loction well appointed
Great quiet location less than 10 minutes from town centre, no need for a car. Had all we needed and friendly hosts.

Well presented and well located
Spotless and clean. Welcoming and friendly reception. Very close to the centre of Ilkley so ideal location.

fantastic apartment
it was an absolute delight to stay in this apartment it was spotless clean and very well equipped with quality had everything you could possibly need and the attention to detail dressing gowns,complimentaries welcome tray with a beautiful cake etc are a credit to judith who is a lovely woman made our stay special even the dog got a welcome loved it and will definitely stay there again can’t fault it
