The apartments at 52 have been finished to a high standard, offering a modern family apartment with clean lines and contemporary living space, opposite bridling tons iconic south beach and promenades, 30 seconds from the spa royal hall and theatre, and a five minute walk from the town centre. We are ideally located to accommodate guests of all ages. Apartment 4 at 52 has superb uninterrupted sea views over bridlingtons south beach from the open plan living area, and large balcony. The lounge has a large leather corner sofa and 40' TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for as much or as little cooking as you wish, complete with kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob and dishwasher.

We stayed in apartment 10 and would certainly return. All clean and tidy with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Whilst on the top floor there was a lift for easy access. The icing on the cake was the balcony that caught the morning...More

Wonderful to return to Bridlington South shore after so many years. To have the sea and beach across the road was just perfect and the much improved harbour is very nearby too. Very enjoyable !

Perfect location, Bridlington has loads to see and do, really pleasantly surprised. This Apartment is a perfect place to stay. Everything you need for a great holiday. Parking is a great bonus. We loved sitting on the balcony, people watching with a glass of wine!

We are in one of Bridlingtons best locations, situated opposite, and with stunning views over our awarding beaches. Just a short walk from the town centre and 100 meters from the Spa Royal Hall and Theatre, and our work harbour and fishing port.
Getting around
Our central location means that most attractions in the town are within walking distance. The land train runs up and down the promenades just outside the apartment.

If you are travelling by car, using our post code in a Sat Nav should drop you right outside. We are the large south facing building on the corner of Belgrave road and south marine drive.
