Super holiday apartment right next to the beach in Perranporth over-looking the sand-dunes. 2 minute level walk to village with good choice of shops, restaurants and pubs.

This two bedroom, first floor apartment is fully equipped and has been completely refurbished to provide light and airy accommodation for up to four people. Free wi-fi is provided.. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes with drawers. This room has dunes views. Bedroom 2 has two, 3' beds and chest of drawers. Bed linen is provided - please bring your own towels. Modern, fully tiled bathroom with bath and electric shower over. Heated towel rail. The living area is open plan. Lovely clean apartment, comfortable and cosy with everything we needed. Fantastic location, two minutes from the beautiful beach and charming town. Great places to eat and drink just a stone's throw away.

Great location, very accessible to reach other beautiful locations as well as a short walk to the wonderful Perranporth beach.

Lovely clean flat with everything you could need and we appreciated the milk and biscuits when we arrived. Good to have parking space provided. Perfect location next to beach. Perranporth is very dog friendly and we had some great walks on the beach and cliff...More

Entrance into the open plan kitchen/dining/living room. The new kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with a range of units and includes a full size cooker, fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave, washing machine, etc. Dining table and chairs for 4 people. The living room, which enjoys dunes views, is furnished with a beautiful large, leather corner settee (which converts to a double bed. if required) and has a flat screen TV with Free-view and DVD. The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash-basin & WC. One double bedded room - again with dunes views - and one twin bedded room. Bed linen is supplied - please bring your own towels. Electricity is extra, via a key meter. There are instructions in the apartment for the re-charging.. Electric heaters are provided.

About the neighbourhood
Perranporth has over three miles of safe golden sands, world-famous surf, stunning coastal footpath walks and yet is only 7 miles from the cathedral city of Truro. It is ideally situated for touring the whole of the county, as nowhere is more than an hour and a quarter away.

Nearby facilities include golfing,(Perranporth Golf Club welcomes guests and it's fantastic course is set in the sand dunes), surfing (lessons and surf hire available in the village), pony trekking, tennis, bowling, fishing and gliding.

You can even visit the Isles of Scilly for a day by boat,plane or helicopter.
Getting around
There is a regular bus service running from Perranporth to the city of Truro, (7 miles), the seaside resort of Newquay (7 miles) and the pretty village of St. Agnes (3 miles).
