Seaton is a little resort village nestled between Looe and Plymouth, this stretch of coastline is stunning, has surprisingly good surf, and is often not as busy as other parts of Cornwall. There is plenty to do, explore the bustling fishing port of Looe or a day trip to Looe Island, the quaint pedestrian village of Polperro with its smuggling museum, a visit to Plymouth to tour the National Marine Aquarium, stroll the Barbican or Hoe or to discover the Naval history of one of the UK's largest maritime ports. Alternatively a trip to Golitha falls on Bodmin moor, the Eden Project or a variety of fine National Trust properties. Accommodation Entrance Level: Entrance Hall with stairs leading to ground floor and doors to; Family bathroom with shower over, WC, and hand basin. Kitchen with further door onto balcony, fully fitted units and appliances. Living area with sliding door onto balcony with sea views, comfortable sofas, TV and ornamental fire place, opening through to dining room with door to balcony dining table and chairs. Further door to double aspect bedroom with 5' double bed, storage, sea views and ensuite bathroom with separate shower, WC and hand basin. Ground Floor: Stairs open into second lounge with sofas, external door to patio and internal doors leading to; Double aspect bedroom with sea views, 5' double bed and storage. Twin bedroom with single bed and full size truckle bed and storage and door onto patio area. Exterior: Stunning mature garden with incredible views, mature shrubs and pathways, overlooking the cliff. Large wraparound balcony on entrance level. External seating. This garden is not enclosed and children will need to be supervised. Facilities & Services Heating is via oil central heating. The kitchen has a range of equipment. There is an electric oven and separate hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge area has a flat screen Freeview TV & DVD player. There is a tumble dryer in the garage. There is WiFi. There are bikes, bodyboards and wetsuits for the guests' use but please check availability with the owners prior to arrival. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is parking available for 3 cars on the drive. No dogs and no smoking are permitted at the property. There is a cot and high chair available on request. There is an iron and ironing board. There is a hair dryer. If you don't want to drive, Liskeard railway station is a twenty minute (approx £20) taxi ride away, (just under four hours from London Paddington). General Booking Information Arrival / Departure is normally a Saturday. Short breaks are available during quieter periods. £250 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.More
