The Dairy is a semidetached cottage with lounge / dining room, fitted kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower on the ground floor. Open plan stairs lead to one double bedroom which has superb views over the surrounding countryside. (Sleeps 2 + cot).

Cornhill Farm Cottages form part of a 130 acre family run working farm, producing beef, cereals and winter vegetables. The cottages are traditionally converted stone barns, set in beautiful, open countryside. Guests are welcome to enjoy all the farm has to offer, from seeing the cows and calves, welsh pigs or Shetland ponies, to quiet walks around the farm where you can enjoy the picturesque views of St Austell Bay and Luxulyan Valley. Very quiet location in walking distance to the Eden project. Cottage was clean and tidy, it had everything needed for a pleasant holiday. Owners are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this cottage.

About the neighbourhood
The cottages are situated less than 2 miles away from the sandy beaches which form St Austell bay, and are located within an easy drive of Newquay and the spectacular north coast, all of which offer many quiet coves, surfing beaches, fishing villages and the coastal footpath.

Passing close by the cottages is the Saints Way (“forth an syns” in Cornish), a 26 mile trail which runs from Padstow to Fowey, through beautiful countryside, including the picturesque Luxulyan Valley, where you can see the Treffry Viaduct, (pictured). Along the route a wide variety of flora and fauna can be found.

Railway: Par: 2.2 km
Traveling from A30:
Leave the A30 for Bodmin then take 3rd left (3/4 mile) signposted Plymouth.
At “T” junction turn left then 1st left at roundabout.
At the next roundabout turn right, signposted Lostwithiel B3268. At mini roundabout take 1st left then continue until you reach the A390.
Turn right onto A390 and follow to St Blazey. After railway crossing take the 1st right, signposted Luxulyan and Prideaux Rd. Follow this road to the top and at “T” junction turn left.
Follow this road past eden service entrance and turn left at staggered crossroads, signposted Cornhill Farm Cottages. Cornhill Farm Cottages are 1/2 mile along this road on the left.
Directions Traveling from A38 (Plymouth):
Leave the A38 at Doublebois and join the A390 signposted St Austell and Lostwithiel.
