The main bedroom is downstairs and has a queen size bedroom and ensuite.The mezzanine level forms the second bedroom which also has a queen size bed. There is also an extra single bed in the upstairs bedroom which can be made up for an extra child by request.
Your comfort is assured year round with reverse cycle air conditioning and a gas heater in the lounge room as well as an electric heater in the master bedroom.
The Doll's house is the perfect location for one or two couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city or for people attending weddings or events in the area. It's central location in Kangaroo Valley Village is close to local wedding venues with easy bus pick up right out the front.

The rates calculated by this website are estimates only and may not include discounts or special rates. Rates are based on 2 guests then per person per night for up to 4 guests. All rates will be checked by our staff.
* Please note a $40 booking fee applies to all bookings (non refundable).
* Special is not available on long weekends, School Holidays or Christmas/New Year period. To take advantage of the special please book the nights you would like to stay and we will amend the pricing on your booking before you receive a payment request.
* A security bond of $500 is processed as a credit card preauthorisation with all bookings.
We were two couples and stayed three nights. Clean and beds were comfortable, spacious and close to the shops which was very convenient. Very good for family with young children but questionable for four adults as the bedroom upstairs has no doors which doesn’t give you privacy to get changed if someone is in the lounge room, also there’s no wardrobe. The bathrooms are downstairs which makes it little hard to go to at nighttime. The main bathroom’s shower is over a bath, gets slippery, if the bath was removed and only the shower left will be safer. There’s no hairdryer, shampoo, iron or ironing board or dishwasher and no dishwashing spange that we had to buy. The kitchen can do with some extra frying pans.
Overall, it’s a nice place for a family with young kids and short stay.
