Mid week rates do not apply to any bookings that includes a Friday/Saturday or Sunday night
Weekly pricing rates offered do not apply for a Saturday to Saturday stay (crossing 2 weekends)

The rates calculated by this website are estimates only and may not include discounts or special rates. Rates are based on 2 guests then per person per night for up to 6 guests. All rates will be checked by our staff.
* Please note a $40 booking fee applies to all bookings (non refundable) .
* Special is not available on long weekends, School Holidays or Christmas/New Year period. To take advantage of the special please book the nights you would like to stay and we will amend the pricing on your booking before you receive a payment request.
* A security bond of $500 is processed as a credit card preauthorisation with all bookings.
A lovely stay, but little things could make it great!!
We visited in June for a friends 70th birthday celebration - Bimbadeen was the perfect location and sounded the ideal place for three nights.
Very clean, lovely linen and towels and plenty of room. We lit the wood burner on our first night and kept it going through the stay - very warm and cosy during cool days and cold nights.
We enjoyed our stay, would certainly recommend the place and would likely stay again, but it could be even better with a little thought and very little extra cost.
I suggest the owners make sure there are the following items available for each rental: Hand soap in the kitchen/bathroom, a roll of kitchen towel in the kitchen,
a few coffee pods for the coffee machine, a box of tissues - all could be included in a small low cost welcome pack that included some fresh milk, fresh bread and a small pack of butter.
Minimal cost, but huge impact. We hope this suggestion helps the owners get even better reviews and next time we stay, we will be absolutely delighted with this lovely getaway.
Apart from the minor missing items, we can't fault the place!!
