We thoroughly enjoyed a 3 night midweek stay in "The Dairy" - a quiet picturesque location with lovely grounds. The quaint cottage has ample facilities, was very clean and comfortable, with convenient parking right at the front door. Lovely areas to sit on the verandah or in the gardens to enjoy a relaxing drink or cuppa, and a good outdoor small bbq. Plenty of interesting drives in the area - certainly a nice place to stay.

Bigger and Better Than Expected!
At a glance the photos give you the impression this is an old cottage that has been on site for decades. When you see it in the flesh you realise it is a fairly recently built house that has cleverly utilised reclaimed timber and other elements to give it an old world rustic charm. The cottage is very spacious for two people, beautifully decorated and well appointed. It is located on a private block with well kept gardens and lawns. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Kangaroo Valley.

Comfortable and cosy
We had an anniversary weekend at "The Dairy" and we loved the little cottage.
Pros:
- Everything was well thought out, with an extra touch of welcoming, e.g. choccies and wine and books and DVDs.
- A beautiful fireplace with a huge, comfy couch.
- A spa bath (perfect size for two) in the spacious and modern bathroom.
- Outside seating to take in the area
- A very short drive to the Kangaroo Valley town centre (great to visit) and a pie shop right around the corner.
-Privacy
Cons:
- We excepted more cows at a place called "The Dairy". There were only a few bulls around!
- It was a little too close to the road, so not quite as quiet as we had hoped.

Perfect romantic getaway
We stayed over a long weekend in June and absolutely loved it. We arrived quite late at night and were welcomed by the warm remnants of the fire the owners had lot for us. The cottage is gorgeous, so rustic from the outside and stunning on the inside. Everything you could ask for, fire, large spa bath, really comfortable queen bed and even breakfast for our first morning.
I could not recommend the dairy enough and we would definitely stay there again.
