We are approximately 3.5 miles from Center City and a 5-minute walk away from the 60th St train line.

Do NOT smoke inside the apartment. No Parties and events are allowed inside of the apartment. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am. Only toilet paper is to be flushed down the toilet. Outdoor footwear on shoerack. Do NOT remove any items from the apartment. No additional unpaid guests overnight in the apartment. Check-out is at 11am sharp. Key replacement fee is $50. Excessive extra cleaning requiring more than the stated cleaning fee during your stay will result in a $100 extra cleaning fee or upwards.

Clean and comfortable
Needing a space for 4 adults over an exceptionally busy Philadelphia weekend left very few alternatives, at any price point. Upper Darby was a bit further out than we wished to stay but Atisha's rental worked out great. The apartment looked recently remodeled and the beds, even in the pull out couch, were first rate. Minimal issues with street parking. The space was clean and functional. Security was addressed with a series of locks on the various doors leading to the space. Atisha was prompt and attentive to our needs. It's clear she understands what it takes to be a host and renting this apartment (she lives in the adjoining space) is a serious endeavor. Only potential issues are it's on a 2nd level (stairs) and the noise from the close by transit train - not overwhelming but certainly noticeable. On the other hand, that same train is an easy walk if one is looking to use public transit. In short, Atisha's apartment met all expectations. Would have zero concerns about booking this space in the future.
