Everything was as described and more. House completely renovated and well stocked. Bed linen and towels supplied. . Beautiful garden. Screened-in porch. Ample parking plus on-street passes. Town beach passes (short walk to beach). New shed containing lots of high end beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and lightweight Adirondack chairs for sitting outside. Shed had room for our bikes as well. Host was very responsive to texts.
House is old so some quirks like sloping floors, actually kind of cool rather than annoying. Would choose this over any of the places we've rented in Narragansett over the years for a large family.

We had a wonderful stay at this home, everything was clean and as described. While it is a 6 bedroom house and is advertised to sleep 12, it's a bit deceiving because there is not enough communal space for twelve, only seating for 4 in the living room for watching tv, small kitchen and a table that seats 6. That said, we didn't do much TV watching or sitting around since we were there for the beach and the screened in porch was spacious and so much fun! We fit 15 around it pretty comfortably one night for playing games. Great stay overall!

Described as a renovated 1912 home with 6 bedrooms. At some point since 1912 it's been renovated but needs more attention. The Good: really close to town beach. It has an amazing outdoor porch and outdoor shower. Although screen parts missing on the top all around, so bugs can get in. They updated some furniture not in pictures shown (tables/chairs/couch). Linen service- plenty of sheets/towels. The Bad: Not as clean as it should have been. I'm sure with COVID they paid attention to those surface areas but things like mold in washer, on ceilings/fans in bathrooms. Missing moulding and baseboard heating exposed with metal pieces sticking out. Not great for little kids. A dirty sponge hanging in the indoor shower-gross. Cooking splatter on walls in stove area. Just not clean enough. King bedroom had a nice bed. But if you needed a mirror you couldn't use it because a giant TV was set in front of it. With it being billed to sleep 12 there was one small couch inside the living room. Not that you're spending much time indoors hopefully but still nowhere to all sit. The house is literally next to a parking lot for a Mexican restaurant. So coming out of the outdoor shower, people had a great view of you. It's a really busy street. The second floor bedrooms (2Q/1F) were ok but beds were NOT in great condition.. The bathroom up there had a new tub wall but the tub itself was super old with mold. As far as having 2 more bedrooms...these are in an attic and weird. There isn't a door to get up there. It's an opening is a wall panel that one could actually miss because it's 2 feet wide and blends in with the wall in a corner next to the main staircase. The kind of attic stairs that are steep and 2 feet wide the whole way up. Low slanted ceilings so bigger people not really able to get up there easily. Also if there were ever a fire, you would be trapped up there for sure. No one wanted to go up into the attic. I'm not sure how the attic part is even considered part of the space with how you get up and down from there. We booked last minute and there was only 1 review at the time. This was WAY overpriced. I took pictures of all my examples here but not sure if I'm able to post them.
