Charming cottage nestled down a long drive, by the banks of the river Forth. Complete with private fishing, riverside dining, equestrian holiday facilities, a river view hot tub and stunning games room. Plenty to do, a perfect luxury setting for the whole family. The property forms part of a converted coach house built in 1832. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 in a double bedroom and a mezzanine bedroom containing twin beds (can convert to a super king). It can house a further 2 guests on a sofa bed in the living room. There may sometimes be additional rooms if required - please ask. It has retained it's magnificent Victorian stables, where your equine friend is welcome to stay and accompany you on your holiday. There is also a 25x40 sand riding arena and hacking available in the surrounding area. Being on the banks of the river Forth there is private fishing or for those of you who are not keen anglers, there's always the riverside hot tub to relax in after a day exploring the nearby Trossach national park. There is a fully equipped games room for your private use, which houses a full size snooker table, gym equipment and a cinema zone, complete with Xbox. The cottage itself has views over its own private enclosed garden with outdoor bbq facilities and dining. Guests are welcome to use the surrounding grounds, taking a wander through our enchanted forest area. See if you can spot our fairy circle, light a wild fire in the fire pit and toast marshmellows, whilst watching out for the occasional otter or deer on the banks of the river. The forest area is also home to our rustic treehouse, perfect for the young or young at heart.More
