The property has three levels. Ground Floor Accommodation: The ground floor accommodation consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The living room area is well presented with timber floors, comfortable suite, TV & DVD player, and wood burning stove. The large kitchen and dining room is very well equipped with all necessary equipment and modern conveniences including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob, and double oven. Double doors open out on to the garden area, which includes garden furniture. A guest bathroom with WC and hand basin and a separate utility room which houses a washing machine and dryer are also on the ground floor. First Floor: The first floor of the property has 3 bedrooms and the main family bathroom. The bedrooms consist of 3 doubles. The main bathroom with bath, electric shower, basin, and WC. Second Floor: The second floor houses the 4th bedroom which is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. There is also a balcony off the bedroom.All bedrooms in the property have wooden furniture and carpets. The property is centrally heated throughout. Towels and linens are included. Heating and electricity included. Cot and highchair available. Hair dryer provided. No smoking indoors. Pets welcome.
