You are also based in an excellent location to explore the town of Totnes and maritime city,Plymouth,where there are a range of independent eateries,good shopping and a range of bars. The spacious kitchen,which leads off from the lounge and dining areas,has an electric oven and hob for cooking up a storm along with a fridge/freezer and microwave. A shared laundry room is also available for all guests. Outside,there is an enclosed walled shared garden area which is accessed through a gate and across a quiet and narrow road. There is also a rambling footpath which will lead guests to the seaside at Lannacombe Beach - this is a 30 minute walk away or a 5 minute drive but with limited parking when you get there.  There is ample off-road parking available.
