The spectacular Causeway Coast, follows the cliffs and coves of the north eastern coastline of Ireland. Glenarm is the first of the famous ‘Nine Glens of Antrim’ and so is the perfect place to base yourself as you explore this breath-taking and often underestimated coastline. The Glens themselves are steeped in history and folklore with the UNESCO World Heritage ‘Giants Causeway’ just a scenic hour's drive away. In this direction you will also find landmarks such as the renowned Bushmills Whiskey Distillery or the dizzying heights of Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge. If you fancy a trip to Belfast in the opposite direction it is also approximately 50 minutes’ drive away, here you will find a vibrant nightlife and a range of historical activities
Getting around
Ideally you will have your own or a rental car as public transport is not good in the Glens of Antrim
