Anster Neuk is a bright, 2 storey home from home located within the traditional fishing village of Anstruther. The downstairs has a spacious lounge with smart tv (Netflix available if you have an account). A good selection of books, board games and DVDs so you can relax in front of the fire. There is a large, family kitchen (with a 32 Inch TV, fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils) and dining area with patio doors leading out onto the private, landscaped garden with decking and open rural views. The garden also stretches out to the front of the property but leaves ample parking space for two cars. Upstairs sleeps 5 guests in three bedrooms (2 x double bedrooms & 1 x single room), both double bedrooms have televisions. There are bathrooms on each floor; with a shower and bathtub upstairs, and a toilet and basin on the lower floor. There is Wi-fi throughout. Please note, as this is a holiday home, we regret to inform you that the owner will not accept bookings for workmen. Booking Terms 25% deposit is required to secure the dates with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Where a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival then full payment will be required at the time of booking. We accept most forms of payment including bank transfer; all major credit cards and UK issued debit cards. Credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge - debit cards are processed free of charge. Rental is inclusive of linen and towels, as well as utilities (gas and electricity). Fair usage policy applies. All breakages are chargeable. TS Properties have the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit. Cancellation Policy Once a booking deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed in writing, the Tenant is liable for the whole amount of the rent for the period booked. Any cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us. If notice of cancellation is given more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, 25% of the total tariff is non-refundable If notice of cancellation is given with less than 8 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is payable. Holiday / Cancellation Insurance. Once booked, the Tenant is liable for the complete Property rental costs. As such, it is strongly recommended that the Tenant take out suitable holiday/cancellation insurance to cover costs incurred by unexpected holiday cancellation. Booking Protect, which is a cancellation policy, is offered as an option at the time of booking via the Click Book Stay website. Had a lovely weekend here again in mid July. Clean and tidy house with friendly and homely touches. Open plan feel downstairs though kitchen can be closed off if needed. New smart TV in lounge with netflix access etc. Pretty garden with lots of sun...More

A house on a small modern estate.Close to the centre of Anstruther and beaches.Sleeps 5.Very nicely furnished with plenty of kitchen equipment.Gardens front and rear.Ideal
