Keys can be collected from the safety deposit box at the front of the house. We will be available to contact via phone at all times and have a relative who lives in Crail and they are available to assist should any difficulties arise.

We loved our stay at the gables, location is central yet still very quiet. The house itself felt very homely with plenty of character and was well equipped with all the amenities we required including a high chair and travel cot for our little one....More

What a lovely place to stay. Warm and welcoming, beautifully finished with lots of these small touches that one loves to see - hot water bottles (for those that feel the cold), box of sweets, bottle of wine, friendship cupboard and, because it was new...More

Reasonable townhouse in a handy location, not as clean as I would have liked with many stains on the carpets. Didnt use the main downstairs bedroom as it didnt smell very nice, left the window open all week but didnt help much. The two bed...More

Crail is a historic fishing village in the pretty East Neuk of Fife. Explore the narrow wynds of the village or simply take a walk along the quaint harbour to see the fishing boats.
How to get there
Airports: Edinburgh airport (51 miles) and Glasgow airport (94 miles) provide a wide range of UK and international connections. Car hire is available at both airports. Prestwick airport (117 miles) Ryanair operates cheap return flights to Prestwick from London Stanstead. Rail:The main east coast line from London to Aberdeen passes through Fife. The nearest station to Crail is Leuchars (16 miles) but if you wish to arrange car hire then Dundee would be more convenient. The National Rail Enquiries website will help you plan your journey. Sea:If you are travelling from Europe it is worth considering using the Zeebrugge to Rosyth car ferry. Rosyth is only 40 miles from Crail. From Northern Ireland there are ferries from Belfast to Stranraer
