This modern property has been finished to a high standard with no detail over looked. Inside, there is plenty of space for dining and relaxing with french doors leading from the kitchen onto a decking area - perfect for summer BBQ's. The upstairs lounge has unrivalled views out onto the Firth of Forth and May Isle as well as comfortable sofa's and a large flat screen TV perfect for Sunday afternoon relaxing. To keep the children happy, the garage has been fitted out to hold a pool table and a darts board.

Needs a coffee machine or cafetière. None of us do instant. No scales. No salad bowls. Some of pans past sell by date. Lumpy mattress and thin pillows upstairs. No hanging space in front downstairs bedroom
