We booked the Greenmyre lodges intending to use it as a base for our trips to The Open golf and playing various courses in the area. We were not disappointed. The lodges are superb. Lovely and clean with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need including a dishwasher and microwave. There is a washing machine and dryer in a separate room and was ideal to keep on top of your washing requirements. The two bedrooms offer ample space with storage and the bathrooms are excellent with great showers and washing facilities. The lodges are ideally located about 30 mins to both St Andrews and Edinburgh and there are plenty of of world class golf courses to choose from. If golf isn’t your thing then the local attractions are plentiful also with fabulous walks and places to visit right on your doorstep. Bob and Cath made us very welcome and if you need anything they are the font of all knowledge about what’s going on in that area. We loved the lodge so much we are returning next year as we have only just scratched the surface of what’s on offer in this part of Scotland.

We had an Amazing stay at Greenmyre Lodges. We stayed in the Malvern and it did not disappoint . Robert and Catherine were very accommodating. The cabin was very clean and had all the amenities that you need for a week stay. Lovely walk in showers and super comfortable beds. A wonderful deck to sit and have a morning cup of coffee or just to sit back and relax. Very quiet and peaceful, and the gardens around the area are just beautiful. We would definitely go back and stay there again.

We had booked a week's stay at greenmyre for the family to explore Fife. The cottage had all the required amenities, including dishwasher and washing machine, all in good condition. Good collection of paperbacks and most importantly, very friendly hosts. Rob and Kathryn met us a few times during our stay, looking forward to return soon!

Ideally positioned, in between Edinburgh and St. Andrews, and 2 miles from the beautiful village of Falkland. Loved everything about the accommodation. 2 identical large bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, comfortable chairs, and a patio. The cabin was very clean and spacious. Owners were very friendly and helpful. In a separate building you could use the home gym, and watch a film on the projector. Would recommend visiting Falkland Palace. I would highly recommend staying here to friends and family.

We were just looking for a short relaxing break of a few days. Melvern was lovely and ideal for what we wanted. Very clean and comfortable and it was nice just to potter about with no pressure. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The place is quiet, only noise being sheep and wood pigeons! It was such a lovely stay we had here. Thank you.

We were absolutely delighted with our choice of accommodation, it was to a very high standard and everything had been thought of. The proprietors were most helpful and welcoming, we would recommend the property to anyone and will return when next in the area.

Located in the heart of Scotland there are numerous excellent activity centres and facilities nearby to suit all tastes including: walks and art. Discovering nature: Fife's relatively small size represents the rich range of coastal habitats and species it accommodates. From the sandbanks and reed beds of the Tay Estuary in the north to the craggy bird and seal islands of the Firth of Forth in the south, the Kingdom's breathtaking seascapes play host to a wealth of nature. Nationally important nature reserves such as Tentsmuir Point, Eden Estuary and the Isle of May are among its glories, great accompaniment to the beautiful towns and villages which line this stretch of Scotland's North Sea coast.
