Njordhame is a 3-bedroom house, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Bright spacious lounge with bay window facing the ocean, TV room, ground floor superking bedroom which can be split into 2 single beds, family bathroom with shower over bath, large kitchen leading into rear sunroom with dining table. Upstairs you will find a two stunning bedrooms, the king size master bedroom with spectacular views of the sea and an en-suite WC and a rear facing bedroom with a superking bed which can be spit into 2 single beds. Off road parking for 2/3 cars. Lovely sized private fully enclosed rear garden. It allows for the opportunity to enjoy alfresco dining and some “me” time. Nice house, stunning location, no kerb appeal
6 of us spent two nights at this property in June.
The interior of the house(apart from the filthy rear windows) and the view were very good but the exterior of the property was disappointing!
The mono block was very dirty and full of weeds, the plants were overgrown and one blocked the view from the front terrace entirely. The grass was 18 inches high! There was rubbish at the rear which hadn’t been cleared away!!
The front terrace itself was untidy and the stairs from it leading to the garden are in need of repair.
The weather when we were there was warm and sunny and the whole experience of sitting outside was spoiled by the unkempt nature of the property’s exterior.
Basics such as tea, coffee, ice, shower gel were not supplied. Most self catering properties I have used supply these things and even occasionally a welcome drink!!
The property is not value for money at £242 per night and I wouldn’t recommend it to others and would be reluctant to stay there again myself. The
