A "Brand New" First floor Hi spec modern self catering accommodation apartment with beautiful countryside views . Easily within comfortable walking distance to Dornoch High Street, Royal Dornoch golf club and beach.
The modern sleek new kitchen and living room are open plan with dining . The two bedrooms are presented with a kingsize bed, the other a twin room. The newly fitted bathroom suite has a full walk in shower.
The property has Free WIFI throughout with 50 inch smart TV with Netflix in the lounge
and a 43 inch smart TV in the Master Bedroom with Netflix.
The property is fully furnished with new furniture and enjoys furnishings supplied locally by ANTA.

We stayed with my parents recently and the apartment is excellent. There is a place for putting your shoes in the entrance vestibule so you don't trail crap from your shoes through the apartment. The shower in the heats up very quickly. There is a dishwasher and washing machine (although we only stayed for a couple of nights, so didn't need it - It is an excellent thing to have for longer stays).
It should be noted that there is nothing that's I'd class as a "view" from this property. Despite what the description on Booking.com says a view to your own garden doesn't really count, IMO, unless your garden is famous for some reason. The booking.com description also says "Beachfront/Private beach area", which I don't understand because to get to the nearest beach you have to go over/around a hill, through a Forrest, across two fairways of the Royal Dornoch Golf Course, and then you are finally at the beach. We were visiting family, so we weren't bothered by this, but it might be an issue for others, especially in the summer.
My only real negatives are to do with the arrival: (1) Because it is such a new build it is not yet on Google Maps so a bit difficult to navigate to, but this will sort itself out in time. Also, the Lat/Long given in the booking confirmation was half a mile away. (2) The site itself is a bit oddly set up. The entrance appears to be in the back garden, and that feels weird because you don't want to go traipsing though someone's back yard trying to find the entrance to the property. Perhaps a sign on the gate through to the back might have helped.
Finally, for anyone wanting to stream tons of stuff on lots of separate devices, the internet, was just shy of 20Mbps. It's good enough for Netflix on the TV, but not if everyone is doing their own thing on their own devices. I suspect this is the best your going to get in this area, rather than a specific thing with the property tho'.
