Interaction with guests
Although we do not live in the area we are always at the end of the phone and we have a caretaker who lives in the village, cleans the house and does the changeovers. She is always happy to help.

Perfect place to stay, house was very clean and had everything we needed including washer and dryer. Plenty of great places to eat including the Royal hotel and Suter Creek but it is advised that you make reservations as both places are very popular.

About the neighbourhood
Cromarty is a picturesque historic town on the east-coast of the Highlands of Scotland. Interesting places to visit in the town are Cromarty Courthouse Museum and Hugh Miller's House and Museum. The former courthouse, built in 1773, now shows the history of Cromarty and houses exhibitions. There is also a courtroom scene with life-like figures telling the story of a trial. Hugh Miller was a geologist, editor and writer. The museum presents his life and work.

The area is ideal for walking, birdwatching, mountain biking, and there are dolphin watching boat trips from the harbour.

Drive straight on passing church on left hand side until you come to junction at the waterfront. Turn left into Bayview Crescent and No. 28 is a few yards along that road.
