Creich cottage is a traditional Mull cottage which was completely renovated to a very high standard, opened in the Spring of 2011 The house, which has accommodation for 6 people, is set on a working croft near Kintra. It is situated seven miles from Bunessan and two miles from Fionnphort from where boats run to Iona and Staffa, and there are well-stocked stores, local crafts, restaurants and bars offering all the necessities and more for your holiday....More

Wonderful cottage, perfect for a relaxing break.

Beautiful cottage which was lovely and clean and very well equipped. We were also lucky enough to see the deer when looking out of the cottage windows. Perfect location for visits to Iona and Staffa. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Lovely remote cottage with stunning views

Peaceful and relaxing

Ideal cottage for getting away from it all and enjoying the peace and quiet. The cottage is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Lovely area and fabulous views from the window. We saw a variety of birds and wildlife. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Super position

Fabulous cottage, very well appointed. Amazing views out of every window. Saw Hen harriers and White tailed eagles. Very remote which is exactly what we wanted. My only negative is the mattress on the bed was very hard and I really struggled with it.

Lovely Holiday

pleasant surprise

Creich Cottage was a wee gem , the advert pics dont do it justice. Spacious, spotless, new, all basic essentials for the kitchen & bathroom privided & much more. Big garden, beautiful skies. Definitely worth it.

How to get there

To get to Mull there are two crossings, operated by Caledonian MacBrayne, from Lochaline to Fishnish and from Oban to Craignure. From Fishnish take the road to Craignure and from there take the A849 to Fionnphort, about 5 miles west of the village of Bunessan is the road leading to the village of Kintra. Take this road, you will come to a corner which is about 90 degrees, after this you will come to a road on the right with a gate, just before a small pine tree wood. Come along this road and Creich is the last house down the hill on a gravel track. Best to book the Oban to Craignure ferry as soon as possible, especially during high season.
