One Mill Lands, Cuil, Uig is a newly built beautiful, modern spacious holiday home offering breath taking views over Uig Bay, the perfect place to enjoy fantastic sunsets from the patio while watching the world go by! Within a short walk, there is a hotel with restaurant and pub, and a local shop. The harbour and ferry terminal, where you can take ferries to the Outer Hebrides, are one mile away. The spacious entrance porch is the perfect place to leave damp jackets and muddy boots. To the side there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and ample space to hang clothes or store boxes. The entrance porch leads into the spacious living areas. There is a breakfast bar with two stools and a comfortable family area with TV, X Box and patio doors leading out into the garden. The dining area has an extendable table with chairs seating up to 10 people comfortably. A high chair or a booster seat can be provided on request. The dining area flows into the spacious lounge which has a double height ceiling, wood burning stove, two very comfortable sofa's, smart TV with Freeview and floor to ceiling windows offering stunning views over the grassy meadow and Uig Bay. Patio doors lead out into the garden. There is a double bedroom with king size bed and patio doors, and a twin bedroom on the ground floor. Both have en-suite shower rooms with W.C. and a wash hand basin, bedside cabinets with wireless charging lamps, wardrobe and smart TV’s. The family bathroom has a bath with hand held shower, W.C. and wash hand basin. There is a booster step for kids to reach the basin. Upstairs there is a mezzanine area with two chairs, foot stool, coffee table and a selection of books as well as a small collection of toys and board games. There are two spacious double bedrooms, each has a king size bed, sofa, dressing room with hanging area and dressing table, large ensuite shower room, smart TV and bedside cabinets with wireless charging lamps. Outside, there is a dining table with chairs to enjoy the stunning views and a hot tub to unwind and relax in. There is parking to the side of the house for three vehicles. To sleep an additional two people, the master double bedroom on the upper floor has two single guest beds that can be requested at the time of booking. One Mill Lands is happy to welcome up to two well behaved dogs. There is a pet fee of £50 per pet per week that will apply. This can be requested at the time of booking. Important Information: Families are welcome at this property. Cot and high chair available: Please bring your own linen for the cot. Linen, towels, electricity and the final clean are included in the rental. If you require the additional single beds or your group has 9 or more people, please let us know in advance. Additional charges will only occur for breakages or any additional cleaning. There is a £50 per pet per week pet fee applicable. £45 admin fee will be charged for any amendments to the booking. £50 per week Electric Car Charge with own charger. (The Property does not provide chargers or a standalone charging point). It would be appreciated if the cottage was left in the same order as you found it. Many thanks! Whilst we hope that none of our guests experience issues during their stay, we do need to point out that due to the cottage's location on the Isle of Skye, some services can be tempermental and can take a lengthy delay to get resolved. Internet speed can be very slow and the service can fluctuate during the day and week. Mobile phone signal is very patchy on the Isle of Skye. Also, to replace any broken appliances, it can take weeks for a delivery to happen. We will at all times try our hardest to rectify any issues but please bear with us as there can be issues due to location that are outwith our control. Amazing views, luxurious interiors and a perfect location
We spent an unforgettable week in the spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished One Mill Lands house and could find absolutely no faults. In fact it was way beyond our expectations with touches of luxury one seldom sees in rented accommodation. Excellent communication from the rental agency as well as a bottle of wine and heart-shaped Scottish shortbread on arrival set the tone for a delightful stay. The location could not have been better as our son got married in the Quiraing area which is a short drive away as are many other Skye landmarks such as the Fairy Glen and the stunning Rha waterfall (both within walking distance actually!). Having the charming little local shop/post office selling everything you might need including delicious pies, beer and wine a short and very pretty walk away was an added bonus we did not expect. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience forom beginning to end.

amazing!!!
This is a gorgeous, modern, brand new house. Our family of 7 fit comfortably. We would recommend this place to anyone - just beautiful!!!
