This is one of the most stunning areas to visit in the West of Scotland, if not in the whole of Scotland. All five properties have spectacular alpine views of Loch Etive, Ben Cruachan and surrounding mountains.

Brand new in 2016 this luxury property has a fantastic view of the loch and the stunning mountain scenery. Ben View has its own private patio and grassed garden area. The beach is just 180 metres away down our private road. An ideal base to tour the surrounding area. Sorry no pets in this property.

Property is as described, beautiful vista, beach area is great and locals are friendly in village. Would go back if in area again.

About the neighbourhood
Our properties are approximately a mile away from the centre of Taynuilt. Which is an easy walk or cycle away or a quick drive in the car.

Taynuilt itself offers you an excellently stocked village store, with a variety of top quality produce. There is also a Post Office, a butcher, tea room, hotel and hairdresser. There is really no reason to travel to Oban, for major supermarkets, as just about everything you need can be bought in the village. The nearest Petrol Station is just 2 miles away. In the village there is also a tennis court to hire, large football pitch, golf course and childrens play park all within a mile.

Any trip by foot, road, rail, water or air will offer you unbelievably spectacular views.
Getting around
Oban is a thriving small town, 12 miles west, with a extensive choice of shops, supermarkets, hotels and restaurants. It is the Gateway to the Isles so there is a large number of ferry routes to the islands to choose from as well as many small boat trips.

Most people travel up by car but we do have visitors that come up by rail. We are just a mile from the railway station. We can most times be around to pick you up. A lot of our visitors choose to hire a car as the buses and trains although regular do not run as often as in a city!

Cyclists have miles of quiet country road to explore, including a brand new cycle route from Oban to Fort William with large sections of free of motor traffic.

When travelling from the east: stay on the main road through Taynuilt. Just before the end of the 30mph limit turn right, signposted 'Airds Bay', follow the tarmac road.

When travelling from the west: when you get to Taynuilt, turn left after the 30mph limit, signposted 'Airds Bay', follow the tarmac road.

We are the sixth house on the left, signposted Ben View. Go past my house and up the track, Ben View is the second on the left.
