Lovely weekend break
Came here with 15 family members to celebrate my Dad's 70th birthday. The house was lovely and because it's so spacious, it didn't feel like we were living in each other's pockets. Beds were really comfy, lovely fluffy towels and well equipped kitchen. Would definitely come back.

Family Weekend
Had a great family weekend celebrating a 50th Birthday. Ages ranged from 7 to 55. The house was large enough for 16 of us and had everything you would need for a large family gathering. Towels are supplied and there are 2 bathrooms both of which have showers. Tip to remember-glass recycling is out on the main street! Adele the owner was very helpful prior to our stay and during. Would recommend Cameron House as a great place to stay.

Four days in Fife
Cameron House was an excellent location for our family get together . Members aged from 5 months to 73 years old!! The house was spacious, and the large rooms were a great boon to all. The large lounge on the1st floor was a favourite meeting point for all the family. Indeed the facilities were ideal for our brief holiday, and with young children, there was freedom for them to wander about. When we had a problem the owners responded quickly and with courtesy, and nothing was a bother! I can thoroughly recommend Cameron House as a good base for exploring Fife.

Weekend Away
Me and a bunch of friends stayed in Cameron House for a weekend in October. The house was fantastic, very spacious with lots of room to hang out, talk and have dinners. Each room was very comfortable and housed 15 of us no problem. Definitely recommend this for anyone interested in a weekend away.

Family weekend
We visited Cameron house in August, it was a perfect base for our family weekend away. There was 14 of us and the house was plenty big enough. There was only small hitch- none of the windows seemed to open in the living room and as the weather was actually warm it was a bit stifling. Apart from that the house was very clean and the kitchen well equipped.

Nice spacious house. Cheap too.
The house is large and well presented and the rooms very spacious with enough for 13 sleeping in there own bed without sharing. We were provided clean bedding and towels. Auchtermuchty its self is a small town with a nice pub and local shops (co-op, foreways, chip shop etc) not to far away from St Andrews / Edinburgh. The house is relatively cheap but there was few broken bits, a few beds had missing slats, the cooker looked poorly fitted, the dishwasher top draw was knackered, the upstairs bathroom hot water was a bit cold and parking was a bit tight with 4 cars. Other than those largely cosmetic features it was lovely and suited our needs perfectly and I would visit again with my family.

Great house, plenty of space and very comfortable!
16 of us stayed here for my 30th, it was great, the house was spacious with a nice kitchen and decent, large living room. Plenty of board games and dvds if you don't bring your own. Recycling bins were really handy, everything except glass which was a short walk away. The owner Adele was helpful and always got back to me quickly. Everything worked, would recommend!

Map
About the neighbourhood
Located 7 miles west of Cupar, and 4 miles south of Newburgh, Auchtermuchty was famed in ancient times for its wild boar and was once the site of a Roman camp. Its name however comes from Gaelic, referring to the large population of wild boar in the surrounding swamps and woods that were hunted. Today the streets have an olde-worlde feel, with thatched roofs, crow-stepped gables and the red pantile roofs characteristic of the towns and villages throughout Fife.
