The Cow Shed at Lluest Cottages is one of a row of 3 holiday cottages which started life as a traditional stone barn. Situated just 3 miles from the harbour town of Aberaeron, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the country life whilst having modern conveniences and attractions within easy reach.
Lluest Cottages sit on an 11 acre site, making it ideal for those wishing to fetch their dogs (we accept up to 3 at no extra charge) where they can run freely through our fields.
The Cow Shed itself consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen with tiled flooring, so you don’t have to fret about doggy paw prints! The kitchen area is fully equipped with electric oven, hob and microwave, and a washer/dryer. Rental also includes free use of Wi-fi plus all electricity. Upstairs is a bedroom with king size bed, beautiful handmade wardrobes, drawers and bedside tables and an en suite with bath and separate shower cubicle, with all bed linen and towels provided. Outside is a private, enclosed patio and lawn, including garden furniture and BBQ, with a gate leading into the woods beyond. Parking isn’t a problem – you can pull up right outside the door. Access to the cottage is via a private lane which is fully tarmaced. There is also a secure bike store available for those looking for an energetic break.
The surrounding area has much to offer, including beautiful walks along the Wales Coastal Path, where bottlenose dolphins and seals can be spotted on a clear day! The picturesque harbour towns of Newquay and Aberaeron offer unblemished beaches, restaurants, boutique shopping and art galleries that are waiting to be explored. If it’s towns you are after then the university towns of Aberystwyth and Lampeter along with the historical town of Cardigan are less than 20 miles away. And for something different, why not visit the Centre for Alternative Energy at Machynledd Wherever you visit you will find the Ceredigion countryside is stunning offering both pastoral and rugged scenery, with the AA voting the B4574 Cwmystwyth to Devil's Bridge road as one of the top 10 scenic drives in the world.

A very comfortable cottage created in a barn conversion by the on site owners. A little gem in the country but within easy access of Aberaeron and New Quay. Very dog friendly with a secure rear garden area. My well return!
The cow shed is tucked away in lovely countryside close to Aberaeron .It is a great little cottage for two plus your doggie friends. The cottage has everything you would need,all of the fixtures and fittings are great quality and the bathroom is just gorgeous...More
