This traditional 1830's Welsh cottage is located opposite the award winning Pwllheli Hafan Marina and a short stroll to the stunning 3 mile long Abererch beach. The cottage has been recently renovated throughout, offering comfortable accomodation which will suit seaside holidaymakers, sailing enthusiasts, golfers and walkers. Pwllheli town centre is a short walk away, with a choice of shops, pubs and restaurants. The second high level decking area has lovely views to the marina and to the Mid Wales mountains.The accommodation consists of an open plan lounge with light oak beamed ceiling, inglenook fireplace and a gas stove. There are two quality leather 2 seater settee, and flat screen colour television with both Freeview and Freesat, and a DVD player.The kitchen is modern and light with a Belfast sink, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, and an electric toaster.The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other having one single bed.The bathroom has both a shower and bath. The cottage also has gas central heating throughout, which is included in the price. Please note - the upper decked area is accessed by steep steps with a hand rail, but would be unsuitable for the elderly, very young or infirm and are to be used entirely at the holidaymaker's own risk. Fresh laundered duvet covers, sheets and pillows/cases provided, (please bring own towels) Travel cot and high chair available on request.The cottage has new bed mattresses, lounge furniture, and sun loungers for 2019 season. WiFi internet access is also included in the price for 2019. We personally clean and maintain the cottage after each guest, to ensure that the accommodation is in perfect condition and of the highest standard for our new guests. ***Weekend/short breaks from Friday to Sunday are available by request, between between October and March, however we cannot provide weekend or short breaks during the Spring/Summer season***More

The cottage sleeps three people comfortably, and has beds available for four. Children must be supervised at all times while at the cottage and in the cottage grounds. No loud music/parties or 'open house' events, please. My neighbours are very friendly, and I would like to keep it that way so please look after them! : )

Fab little cottage

Had a wonderful time in this lovely little cottage. Great location,you can walk to the beach, into town and to the supermarket. Well equipped, clean and tidy! Would definitely recommend
