Two more guests can crash on the sleeper sofa in the living area. All 6 guests can gather around the flat-screen or dig into a take-out BBQ at the dining nook with retro chairs. Or prepare your own meals in a designer kitchen with granite countertops and appliances including a microwave, stovetop and small oven. A convenient shared bath has a shower/tub combo.
