We enjoyed the lovely view of the pool and gulf. The weather was very cool so we swam in the indoor, heated, pool. It was very warm and large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The furniture was adequate for our group. The dining room table was the perfect size for not only meals, but also to play games on as a group.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great and the condo was very clean. The condo amenities were wonderful. It was great not having to cross the road to get to the beach. The pool and lazy River were fantastic. The owner was very quick to reply to any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay again.
Note about the hot water. The hot water is controlled by the development not the individual units. We called the front desk when we couldn’t get hot water in the master shower. They came right up. Since the water comes from a boiler it’s takes a while the first time you go to use it. The trick- in the master shower turn water valve to the hottest setting and let water run 5-10 mins. Then the water is then nice and hot. After doing this the first time, we had no issue with hot water and normally it only took a few minutes to warm up.

We didn’t want to leave. Everything was as expected and more. Pictures do not give this property justice. The amenities are perfect for a family with children of all ages. Some reviews mention the unit needing a paint job, and the owner has replied that he intends to do so in the off season. We did not find it to the extreme that some people have stated. Sure, there are little handprints on the walls but nothing crazy. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Owner responds to questions promptly. The condo staff were friendly and helpful as well. I did not even realized we had garage access, I must have missed that part. It was a great surprise!

This is my 9 th time staying with Mani and we always enjoy his condo. He is a pleasure to work with and the property is awesome. Would recommend to anyone who is trying to escape for a relaxing getaway.

Diamond Beach, in general, and our unit were great for my family. The unit was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The location within the complex was convenient to the elevators, stairs, and all the facility amenities. We loved the balcony area and made great use of it day and night. Thanks Manny!
