Completely Private Location overlooking year-round stunning ocean views and sunsets. The 2000 square foot home has 2 private master bedrooms equipped with air conditioning for your comfort and a fully functional kitchen with an attached great room to enjoy. The house is surrounded by lush tropical forests with attention grabbing Howler monkeys, gorgeous birds and butterfly species for you to enjoy a full nature experience. There are several fruit trees on the property for you to enjoy some fresh fruit when in season.<BR><BR>The 10-mile long secluded beach is a 1/4 mile away. Beautiful views and peaceful location
The house is very nice, could use a few minor updates (patio furniture, kitchen pots/pans) but otherwise it is great. The infinity pool, shaped like a fish, overlooking the ocean, is just fabulous. The sunsets are awesome every evening. The howler monkeys are very vocal and we enjoyed them, the butterflies, birds, iguanas, and other wildlife. The TV is for DVD only, no satellite, and we had intermittent problems with the wifi. The nearest restaurant is just down the hill, Casa Caletas, and is very beautiful with a huge menu. The food is fabulous and we ate there often. The roads in this area are dirt and/or gravel and are very very rough. So be aware that a full size SUV or truck is necessary. The little village of San Francisco de Coyote is 5 km away, but takes about 20 minutes to get there. If you want to experience the real Costa Rica, this is the place. Rios is a great restaurant with outdoor seating and an extensive menu. Cafe Sante is great for sandwiches or ice cream, but we were only able to eat there once as they were closed when we were in town. The groceries are small, but adequate; we did purchase gasoline from a woman who lives near the police station. She sells it by the liter from a shed in her backyard & accepts only colons. The beach is a short drive away and is stunning. There were very few people on the beach whenever we were there. In short, if you want to disconnect, relax, reconnect to nature, and just enjoy yourself without the intrusion of the "world", this home is perfect.

Wow Wow Wow!!!! What a Vista!
A New level of breathtaking was achieved as we walked into George's beautiful strong and safe home. We saw some beautiful views throughout our journey through Costa Rica but I don't exaggerate when I say George's home has one of the most beautifully breath taking views over a stunning beach! Well worth it - we loved every moment - it was difficult to go much farther than the pool given how much the kids enjoyed being in it. The house has everything you need. Internet is a bit spotty but honestly your on holiday so who cares - it worked fine for when you need it and allowed for total immersion with loved ones when it mattered most. Overall this is a wonderful house nestled in nature - we had a family of howlers that would say hello - birds, frogs and all sorts would say hello we could watch from the pool lots of activity! We travelled with a standard 2 wheel small car and managed to get up without much issue even in rain to enjoy sunsets from the mountain top. George is well connected and respected by the locals so you get treated well in the local town and Rancho Loma Clara is perfect to get some grilled fish for a great deal! Had great showers there too! Hot water and AC was consistent and appreciated - overall excellent slice of paradise to end the journey through Costa Rica. Road in San Francisco de Coyote are rough but again added to the experience and feeling of remote authentic jungle action! Thank you George and team! It was amazing! The beach here is 10+miles long, and there will be many times when you are the only one on the beach. If you enjoy waking up to the sounds of birds and howler monkeys my place is for you. If you enjoy Great Sunsets and Great Views my place is for you. The name of the game around here is RELAX....RELAX....and more RELAX. If you are looking for crowds and a bar scene find another place, PLAYA COYOTE is a place to ENJOY THE BEACH, UNWIND, EXPLORE, and ENJOY NATURE.
